Smooth process, would recommend!

Had a really positive experience using Property Moves. Both Jez and Daniella were helpful, communicative and easy to reach. The process was smooth and I’d happily use Property Moves again.

Nearly two years ago, I appointed Property Moves after I terminated my contract with a large and well-known Hove letting agents due to their very poor service. I could not be happier with the change. The service provided by Property Moves has been impeccable and I fully recommend them. The management is always approachable and all of the staff have been extremely helpful, friendly and competent. My main contact has been Jill Brewster, but while she deserves special mention, the same can be said of the other staff with whom I have dealt.

I’ve been a tenant in a property let by property moves for almost 2 years. The team have been incredibly helpful and supportive. It’s been so lovely to be treated as an individual and with compassion and respect. The rental market can be tough to navigate. Jill and Nathan in particular have been super kind and helpful, the whole team generally provide a great service are very quick to respond to any issues and in my experience want to make sure their tenants are happy and safe.

Now I get regular updates on the condition of the property, repairs are sorted quickly which keeps me and my tenant happy and rent is reviewed regularly against market rates.
